Together, we draw up your detailed requirements profile. This ensures the optimum selection of candidates.

2. CANDIDATE SEARCH

We draw on our valued IT network and our resource database. At the same time, we carry out research in popular forums and contact potential candidates proactively.

3. QUALIFICATION

Suitable candidates are checked by us and references are requested as necessary.

4. OFFER AND CONSULTANT PRESENTATION

You receive a maximum of 3 qualified recommendations per vacancy plus our offer. After you have had a chance to review the profiles, we organise the interviews and support you during the meetings.

5. DECISION MAKING AND VALIDATION

During the decision-making phase, we check together whether the candidate meets your requirements. Here, you profit directly from our many years of experience in recruiting.

6. ORDER PLACING AND START OF EMPLOYMENT

After placing the order, we coordinate the start phase of the employment and provide targeted preparation of the candidate for their duties within your company.

7. POST-PROJECT SUPPORT

Once the recruiting project is complete, we continue to provide you with support.
